His unique approach to management has been recognized for implementing a happiness culture and a sense of family within its people while achieving growth and being recognized regularly as best in class for Product, Service and Management in their regions. Al is now a coach and mentor to entrepreneurs, managers and employees - teaching the same simple no-nonsense methods he used to guide himself throughout his career and that he shares within Creating Happiness. His consulting company Fun2Work helps people find happiness, both personally and in business. Al and his wife Barbara live in their dream home on the shores of the St-Lawrence River in Montreal, Canada.
